All Managers and Supervisors in any industry should have an understanding of their ‘Duties’ under the various pieces of Health and Safety legislation. This course has been designed to provide Managers and Supervisors with an overview of their responsibilities in this regard.

Health and Safety for Managers & Supervisors covers all aspects of Health and Safety required in a modern working environment, including risk assessment, accident/incident investigation and analysis, communications and consultations and safe systems of work.

Aim

To enable managers and supervisors to carry out their activities within the work place, understanding the ‘Duties’ required of them under the various pieces of legislation. To provide a comprehensive understanding of Health and Safety Management Systems to enable Managers and Supervisors to make a more effective contribution to safety standards in the organisation.
