Food Safety Courses

Carraig Safety provide comprehensive food safety courses for all levels.
Courses are as follows:

Food Safety HACCP Level 1 & 2:

This course provides basic food hygiene training in a classroom as a half day or a full day depending on your requirements. records and evaluation forms are also used.
Food Safety HACCP Level 1 & 2

EHOA Primary Course in Food Safety:

This course is designed for all food handlers, including managers, chefs and supervisors.
The course is certified by the EHOA and certificates are issued to each successful candidate (pass rate 50%). EHOA Food Safety

Food Safety Skills for Management:

Suitable for managers, supervisors, team leaders and those responsible for developing and/or implementing HACCP in their food businesses. Participants must have a good knowledge of hygiene standards through either formal qualifications or relevant work experience.
Food Safety Managers HACCP Level 3 & 4
